Caddie provides both employees and employers with an online platform for organising and completing PD activities. Caddie helps employers to ensure they are supporting a fully certified workforce and helps employees to gain credit for the industry-relevant content they already consume.
How does it work?
For employees, Caddie provides CPD-accredited content from industry publishers for individuals to browse and subsequently be tested on in order to gain CPD points. Once the necessary skills have been acquired, users results are stored in their Caddie professional profile, available any time they need them.
As for employers, they rest easy while Caddie ensures transparency over staff compliance and professional obligations. With Caddie’s easily customised development plans, tasks can be tailored to different teams while progress can be tracked in real-time.
An increasing number of employers are required to meet mandatory industry standards by ensuring their staff undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This brings with it challenges in keeping track of completed activities and outstanding tasks for industry certification.

The Caddie platform has been designed via “cloud native” API-integrated services from the ground up. The high scalability and resilient core server were developed using Scala with the Play framework. Users interact with the system via a single page application (SPA) developed using ReactJS and HTML/Bootstrap
The platform is hosted entirely upon the Amazon Web Services (AWS) global cloud platform.
The Caddie service was launched on schedule and is eliminating the stress associated with CPD compliance for an increasingly large user base.
Caddie are continuing to make CPD easier for professionals by working to account for CPD activities that are undertaken anywhere & anytime online.
